What PPF does

A clear layer between your paint and the road.

Paint protection film, also called a clear bra or clear film, is a clear urethane film applied over your car's paint. Gravel, sand and grit thrown up on the freeway hit the film instead of the clear coat. It also helps against bug splatter, bird droppings and light scuffs.

Done right, you can't tell it's there. That comes down to prep and edges. Film locks in whatever is on the paint, so we clean and correct it first. Then we wrap and tuck edges wherever the panel allows, so there's no visible line to collect dirt or start to lift.

We're a STEK Certified Installer, and for full body installs we use STEK film. Want gloss that's easier to wash on top? Add a ceramic coating. See a finished car in our PPF portfolio.

PPF is different from a color change wrap. A wrap changes how the car looks. PPF keeps the factory look and protects it.

Our process

Prep first. Film second.

  1. 01
WashA full exterior wash so no grit gets trapped under the film.
  2. 02
DecontaminationWe pull out embedded iron and tar so the paint is truly clean.
  3. 03
Paint correctionWe polish out swirls and light marks first. The film locks in whatever is underneath, so we make sure it's right.
  4. 04
InstallFilm is fitted panel by panel, with edges wrapped and tucked wherever the panel allows.
  5. 05
Final checkWe inspect every edge under bright light before you pick up the car.

David is simply phenomenal at what he does. Not only that he's a great person to work with, he has great pricing, an infinite amount of options and will walk you through exactly what needs to be done and how the process works. I had my M440i wrapped in Satin Black PPF and there's not a single complaint I have. I let David know of a time frame in which I needed the work to be done because of work schedule and he got it done no problem. Not only that, a few months later someone scratched my car and took a small part of the ppf off and he got it fixed for me, free of charge, on the same day I contacted him. Needless to say, he is an amazing person, and does amazing work

We wanted matte PPF and ceramic window tint for our blue Model S and we couldn't be happier with the results! David was super helpful and responsive, accommodating us with car pick up service. He even kept us updated through the process with progress pictures. Amazing service for a great price! I highly recommend going here for any wraps

Took my 2025 Toyota 4Runner for a full front end PPF. It was my first time inquiring for their services and I'm extremely glad I went here!

I'm really detail-oriented with these type of projects and they definitely exceeded my expectations! The PPF job was as perfectly installed as it can be done. If you guys are familiar with how complicated these new 4Runners are, you'd understand that it's not an easy job.

I will definitely recommend this shop to my friends and family. I would totally go back here and get any wrap/PPF's done again on my other/future projects!

I highly recommend this business. Special shout-out to David who made the entire process smooth from start to finish. The wrap came out phenomenal. The attention to detail and turnaround time were both impressive. What impressed me most though, was their commitment to quality. During their final inspection they noticed a panel that didn't meet their own standards. Instead of letting it slide, they took the extra time to perfect it. This did add a few hours to the pickup, but they went above and beyond by personally delivering the car to me afterward, which I genuinely appreciated. It is rare to find a shop that emphasizes customer service in this way which is what makes motorsport wraps stand out. Recommend 100%

Questions

PPF questions, answered.

How much does PPF cost in Monrovia?
Bronze (partial front) is starting at $1,395, Silver (full front) starting at $1,950 and Gold (full body) starting at $5,695. Every package includes wash, decontamination and paint correction. The final price depends on the size and shape of your car, so we confirm it with a quote.
Is PPF worth it over a repaint?
A repaint rarely matches the factory paint exactly, and it can lower resale value. Film takes the chips instead, so the original paint stays protected underneath.
Which package should I pick?
If you mostly drive around town, Bronze covers the spots that chip first. If you spend time on the 210 or other freeways, Silver covers the whole front with no line across the hood. Gold covers every painted panel, which suits new cars and cars you plan to keep for a long time.
Will the film lift or bubble?
Not when it's installed right. We prep every panel and wrap edges where we can. If something isn't right, call us. We stand behind the work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee.
What film do you use?
We're a STEK Certified Installer, and we use STEK film for full body PPF. Tell us your car and how much of it you want covered and we'll quote it.
Can the film come off later?
Yes. Quality film peels off cleanly from factory paint when you're ready.
Can I wash my car normally after PPF?
Yes. Hand washing is best. Ask us at pickup and we'll go over how soon you can wash it and what to avoid.
